Diocese of Běijīng

Since Fr Alexander Du, the last resident Chinese Orthodox priest in Beijing reposed in the Lord in December 2003, no regular services is currently available for Chinese nationals. In contrast for expatriates, there is the recently restored Holy Dormition Church opened for regular weekly Sunday services at the Russian Embassy at 4 Dongzhimen Beizhongjie. The rector is Rev. Sergiy Voronin.

Two churches recently restored by the Chinese government in Xinjiang are also part of the diocese of Beijing.
