Hong Kong's Orthodox parish of Saints Peter and Paul published a new edition of a new Chinese-language prayer book. 1,000 copies will be distributed among the faithful of the Orthodox Church in China with the support of the Orthodox Christians of the Russian Orthodox Church, who took part in raising funds for this project.
The prayer book's contents have been expanded from the previous edition. In addition to morning and evening prayers, the new prayer book contains prayers read for different needs and circumstances, as well as Canons to the Saviour, the Mother of God, the Guardian Angel, instructions for Holy Communion, and thanksgiving prayers for Communion, and an Akathist to the Mother of God.
