Crowned Martyrs Chapel in Harbin

This Chapel at the House of Mercy in Harbin was dedicated to the Crowned Martyrs Tsar Nicholas and his family along with King Alexander I of Yugoslavia. The construction of the Chapel across from the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God "Joy of All Who Sorrow" was under the oversight of Abp Nestor, and it was consecrated on May 4/17, 1936. It was later destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. Today, on its original location is a seven-story apartment house.
