O Lord Jesus Christ, Only-begotten Son of Thy Eternal Father, Thou hast said with Thy most holy lips: "Without Me, you can do nothing." God is with us by His grace and love for man, always, now and ever, and the ages of ages. Amen.

注意 Note

注意，为以上各餐前及餐后祈祷，当没有司祭在场时，略去启请语：‘神圣之父，请祝福’并以‘因我们诸圣教父的代祷，主耶稣基督我们的上帝，求你怜悯并拯救我们。阿们。’代替所有属于司祭的降福词。

在不便于诵念全部祈祷词的情形下，为每一餐可画十字圣号并诵念以下的短式：

餐前：

求主降福此食物及饮料，因父及子及圣灵之名。阿们。

餐后：

荣耀归于你上帝，我们的冀望，荣耀归于你！

Note: For the above prayers before and after meals, when there is no priest, omit "Father, bless" and replace the blessing with "Through the prayers of our holy Fathers, Lord Jesus Christ our God, have mercy upon us and save us. Amen."

If time at disposal is short, the following abbreviated prayers may be used with the sign of the cross:

Before Meal:

May the Lord bless this food and drink, in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

After Meal:

Glory to Thee, our Lord. Glory to Thee.
