The conference was attended by representatives of China, Japan, Mongolia, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Australia. Attending and being presented at the conference were priests servins in APEC: Archpriest Gabriel from Australia, Archpriest Dionisy from Hong Kong and Priest Alexy from Ulan Bator.

On the first day of the conference guests visited Holy Trinity Parish in the Mongolian capital, familiarized themselves with parish life, and with the new temple, whose consecration is scheduled for the summer of 2009. At the conference, participants adopted a resolution which, at the suggestion of Archpriest Dionisy Pozdnyaev, in particular, notes the importance of public support for government organs of the Russian Federation in organizing the religious life of compatriots living abroad.
