New Book "Who is Jesus Christ?"
now in Simplified Chinese
 

A new book entitled "Who is Jesus Christ?" has been published in Simplified Chinese by the Orthodox Brotherhood of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Hong Kong (Moscow Patriarchate) with the blessing of Metropolitan KYRILL of Smolensk and Kaliningrad. This 50 page book contains two lectures "Who Is Jesus Christ? The Orthodox Understanding" and "An Introduction to Eastern Orthodox Christianity: History, Theology, Spirituality" by Hieromonk Damascene of St. Herman of Alaska Brotherhood, California, a monastery under the jurisdiction of the Western American Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

These along with his other lectures were originally delivered in English in a university classroom setting in the Spring of 2004. The lectures has since been translated into Chinese and made available online to reach a wider audience at http://www.orthodox.cn/catechesis/damascene.

1000 copies in the first print run of this book has been prepared and is now available for world-wide distribution. Available for sale in the OFASC Store. You may also request a softcover copy with a free-will donation of any amount to help underwrite the publication of this book.
