Also included here is a scan of a photocopy provided by Jeremias Norman who copied an abridged horologion in Harbin with the permission of Fr Gregory Zhu. This text was handwritten using brush calligraphy in vernacular Chinese probably in the 1930s or 40s with later additions and corrections done in pen by another hand for personal use. It was found covered with years of dust underneath the reader stand along with other liturgical texts such as the Paschal service, obviously from a lack of use since before the Cultural Revolution.
