A pdf and tif scan of this classical Chinese Orthodox translation of the Bible reading list from the lectionary of the Orthodox Church has been contributed by Fr Dionisy Pozdnyaev. The original is located in the Russian State Library in Moscow. It is bounded as the 12th volume to one of two copies of a 11-volume New Testament, also translated by Archim. Gury, and is likewise located at the Library in Moscow. Those two copies of the New Testament is identical to the 1864 translation that is bounded in two volumes and located at the Harvard Yen-Ching Library.
Volunteers are need to brush up the OCR'ed UTF8 text to be searchable. This translation in addition to the Slavonic and Greek lectionaries will serve as a reference for a modern Chinese translation. If you are interested in helping with this initiative, please contact OFASC.
