An exhibition of icons by contemporary Russian painters opened in Hong Kong. The parish of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Hong Kong (Moscow Patriarchate), the Lutheran Seminary in Hong Kong and the Institute of Sino-Christian Studies are involved in organizing the exhibition . During the exhibition visitors can familiarize themselves with the icons provided by the Hong Kong parish of the Russian Orthodox Church. For the exhibition's opening, the parish of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul prepared a lecture on the history and theology of the icon in English and Chinese.
